Fitness has always served as my anchor, a source of strength and connection through all of life’s twists and turns. It’s where I’ve felt most like myself—or what I have used to find my way back to myself. Now, I’m turning that passion into purpose as an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Integrated Fitness Advisor.
Growing up, I was always the one to take home the gym award—not for being the fastest or strongest, but for showing up, giving it my all, and encouraging others to do the same. I learned the power of perseverance and consistency as a high school athlete and have continued to embrace fitness throughout my life. Whether running half marathons in New York and Iceland, tackling the Spartan Race at CitiField, paddling as hard as I possibly could during Paddle for Pink in Sag Harbor or participating in almost every possible type of workout class imaginable, along the way, I discovered how transformative fitness can be—not just for my body but also for my mind.
In my role as an Integrated Fitness Advisor and Personal Trainer, I’m dedicating myself to helping women 40+ discover the life-changing benefits of resistance and strength training, as they are key to supporting bone density, improving metabolism, enhancing balance and mobility, and building muscle strength as we age and transition through perimenopause, menopause and beyond. Most importantly, I want to help women feel strong, energized, and empowered in their daily lives.
Whether you’re looking to feel stronger, establish new habits, or simply try something different, I’d be honored to be part of your fitness journey.
